2. Website Use
Customers should use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when creating accounts, placing orders or submitting enquiries. Fraudulent transactions, unauthorized access and attempts to interfere with website security are prohibited.
3. Product Information & Safety
We aim to provide accurate product information, pack sizes, images and application guidance. Customers should read and follow the label instructions, precautions and intended use. Some automotive chemicals and aerosols require special care during storage, handling and application. Product-specific verified instructions take precedence over general marketing descriptions.
4. Pricing, Taxes & Payment
All product selling prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable GST. Shipping charges are calculated and disclosed separately based on the delivery PIN code, shipment weight and applicable logistics requirements. The final payable order total, including applicable shipping charges, is displayed before payment. GST will not be charged again on the GST-inclusive product selling price; invoice tax details will be shown according to GST requirements.
Payment methods are limited to those available at checkout. We accept prepaid orders only; Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
5. Orders & Availability
Orders are subject to successful payment confirmation, stock availability and delivery serviceability, including product-specific transportation permissions. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will inform the customer and arrange a full refund of the amount collected for the unfulfilled order.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within India to eligible serviceable PIN codes. Shipping charges are separately calculated by PIN code and weight. Dispatch is targeted within 1–2 working days after relevant checks. Courier-dependent delivery estimates are indicative. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for further details.
7. Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before dispatch. An accepted pre-dispatch cancellation receives a full refund, including shipping charges. Post-dispatch requests are reviewed case by case under the Shipping & Delivery Policy and applicable law.
8. Returns & Refunds
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Customers may raise complaints relating to defective, damaged, wrong, missing, misrepresented or otherwise legally eligible products. Remedies are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer rights.
9. Intellectual Property
The BILTEK name, logo, product images, site content and other material are protected to the extent that Biltek Exim Private Limited owns or is authorized to use the relevant intellectual property rights. Unauthorized commercial use or reproduction is prohibited.
